Tattoo Monday: Neck

I was talking to my friend today about idea on what tattoos I should post about and we landed on neck tattoos and the controversy with them. Sometime they could come across as unprofessional and some how ghetto. However, I have come across some really amazingly pretty ones that have changed my mind. I wouldn't get one only because I don't think I could pull it off. But I will leave it up to you to judge.
