Thanksgiving = Family Time

Hey all I hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving! My sister and I may the best turkey and these really awesome home made peppermint patties (from scratch!). It was pretty good. The family went over my grandmothers house to eat and we just sat around talking about the past and what was happening in everyone's lives. In all drama free surprisingly.

 

 

Happy Belated Birthday

It was my grandmothers, dads, and uncles birthday yesterday and what a day to have your b-day 9/11. It's was a day to celebrate and to reflect on all the hard and wonderful times. For everyone affected on 9/11 we will remember forever! I hope everything that you went through these last 10years was only happy things! On a happier note I love my family to death! there is nothing like having a close family (sometimes a little to close...commenting on every single thing in my life.) but thats okay because I would be nothing without them. I adore all of them even on the bad days. I love you all and happy birthday to my uncle greg, my grandmother, and to my wonderful and funny daddy!!!

Vermont

First off I want to say a huge sorry to my big sis LeeLee for not inviting you again we are big tools and we are really sorry! So me and the family (again so sorry leelee) went on a road trip to Vermont. We are huge fans of family road trips. We drove across country from Fairfield California to Boston, Mass when I was little and we use to go on a lot of road trips when we were little. Now it's rare for the family to get together and do these long trips that we love so much. It was a long drive two hours longer then it was suppose to be because we didn't take a turn when we needed to but it was okay we got there. On the way we got pulled over and almost got a $206 ticket for speeding ekkk! But luckily the officer was nice and just gave us a warning. When we finally got there we walked around a lot and went to eat then finally decided to head home. We didn't end up getting home until 1am but it was a good day.

there where so many cool old trains on the ride up. I wanted to stop and take some picture but no one else did so we drove on boo.

We finally got to Burlington Vermont in one piece and without a ticket hahah yay!

5 things I am happy about :)

So the last 24 hours has been a swift kick in the gut. I am sad that no one commented on the give away there is still time but I'm not holding by breath. Life goes on and better things come along. So today I thought I would just post about my favorite things in my life at the moment.

#1) I am getting a Kindle today and I'm super excited I needed one bad I am a really big reader. I'm currently reading two books at the same time :) One before bed and another for the train ride to and from work.

I got it from Amazon they are having a sale!

#2) I found out that i was carrying around a lucky coin. Really it says "may good luck always accompany the bearer". Ha I thought it was so cute i am now going to carry it around with me see if my luck changes. 

#3) Violent movies are the best when all you want to do is punch someone :) i had one of those day and I felt like punching myself for being an idiot. It was one of those moment when I shouldn't have said something when i did oops. but instead of acting out this violent tendency i watched The Fighter with Marky Mark (Mark Wahlberg). It also kind of had me think of getting back into kickboxing.

                                    

#4) Know that my daddy passed his test to get his aircraft mechanic license yay daddy! We are all very proud of you!!!

#5) And last but not least I am very happy for all my friends and family they are the best even when I don't like you all that much haha just kidding. (no picture for this one that would just bog down your computers mine is already running slow with just these) 

But that is what i am happy for right now and the last one forever.  Keep on keeping on (heehee reference to the movie Joe Dirt anyone see it so funny)

Family weekend

Sorry i have been MIA this weekend but I was spending some time with my funny family. On Saturday me, my oldest sister her two kiddies, my mom, and my other little niece went to the pool that's down the street from my parents house. They live in such a great neighborhood the street is so quiet but its close to a huge field and a public pool. We had so much fun there when we were kids. We also get really silly when we are together and act younger then the kiddos haha. Saturday night I went out with my brother, dad, and sister it was sooo much fun! We went to a couple of the bars that my dad hangs out in and met up with his hilarious friends. Sunday was pretty amazing to we had a bbq and most of the family and friends came over. I ate so much food I have a wonderful food baby in my tummy :) So how was everyones weekend good I hope??
